Construction of 2 buildings comprising a total of 13 apartments

This project consists of two twin buildings comprising 13 apartments, located in the heights of the Commune of Pully, on a site surrounded by old buildings dating from the 1970s.

The creation of this harmonious complex with a powerful character offers a qualitative architecture demonstrated by tight and simple lines, while at the same time integrating itself into a high-quality site and preserving the existing environment.

The volume and geometry of the buildings were dictated by the configuration and shape of the plots. Generous interior surfaces, complemented by large south-facing balconies, offer comfortable living spaces.

The fully glazed elevator shafts on the north facades provide a vision where life and movement revolve around this bright central point, serving the apartments as well as the underground parking and communal areas.
