This house was designed and built on three levels to take full advantage of the steep slope of the land in this area, requiring special work such as nailing, gunning and slope protection to integrate the built volume into the slope. Given the limited size of the plot, precise planning and coordination of the construction stages were also necessary.
In addition to the special work required, one of the special features of this house is the location and treatment of the straight, central staircase connecting the three levels, thus reinforcing the coherence of the whole.
Two zenithal skylights, positioned in line with the staircase, allow natural light to flood this stairwell, directly into the heart of the house.
