Major Conversion of the former Hotel du Jura into a building with 7 apartments

The building, listed as grade 4 in the architectural census, is located in the heart of the village of Bière. It used to be the Hôtel du Jura, then the Bar Le Rebel.

Due to the building's advanced state of disrepair, the objective of this major transformation was to maintain the original expression of the building as faithfully as possible, while adding a touch of modernism.

Five apartments complying with today's requirements and criteria have replaced its former use, respecting the existing general appearance and adding a contemporary connotation by installing shutters in highly contrasting colors.
